For your convenience, Dr. Jacob Gerzenshtein offers webcam consultations through Skype, the free Internet phone service. Regardless of whether you are located in Tampa FL or anywhere in the nation, Dr. Gerzenshtein can educate you on a range of cosmetic surgery services available to you. However, please be advised that a webcam consultation is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for a face-to-face consultation with Dr. Gerzenshtein.

Virtual Consultation Form
Visitors who live outside of Central Florida may request a virtual consultation. You may share your concerns with us, and in effect undergo a remote consultation in the privacy of your own home. If you choose to do so, please be aware that while our storage is secure and HIPAA compliant, there is always potential risk of a security compromise. Upload all information and photos at your own risk. To proceed, please fill in the form below and submit your pictures. For concerns regarding the face, please submit 5 headshots to include base of neck to just above the hair (front on, left and right profile, and left and right views facing between front on and profile). For concerns regarding the body and or breasts, please submit 6 photos, to include knees to the chin, underwear (smallest possible coverage), breasts exposed if they are a focus of concern, making sure to exclude the face (front on, left and right profile, and left and right views facing between front on and profile, and the last one facing away from the camera).
